The place
Baccu: temporary dwelling of the charcoal-burning woodcutter. The baccu is built of laid timber, with the gaps between the poles filled with moss or clay. Its roof was formerly made of oak shingles, then of mechanically-made tiles produced locally. Moulin d'Aillery track from La Loye or from the Chêne des Moines via the chemin de la Clauge. Lightweight building linked to the development of the spring's surroundings for amenity purposes.
