The place
Aula de la Naturaleza "Casa de las Aguas" at 854 m in Calatayud (Aragon, Spain), between the río Jalón and the former reservoirs, on the Sendero Verde de Callejillas. Emblematic early-20th-century hydraulic infrastructure building: brick with glazed tile roofing, two floors plus basement. Originally built to pump water from the Jalón to the town's first supply reservoirs. Converted into a municipal nature classroom; no accommodation description published. Access via the green trail from the Feria de Muestras, surrounded by vegetable gardens, orchards, poplar groves. The area offers GR, PR and SL trails.
