Sustainable Solutions and Innovations Renewable Energy: Installation of solar panels and wind turbines for local electricity production. Green Roofs: Vegetation on rooftops to promote biodiversity and improve insulation. Rainwater Management: Rainwater harvesting systems for responsible, eco-friendly use. Urban and Social Integration Social Mix: Creation of housing accessible to all income levels to promote social cohesion. Public Amenities: Creation of green spaces, cycle paths and pedestrian zones to promote soft mobility. Accessibility: Ensuring amenities are accessible to people with reduced mobility for optimal social inclusion. Funding and Partnerships Budget: 10 million euros. Funding: Public grants, partnerships with companies committed to sustainable development, and crowdfunding. Schedule and Project Progress Start of Works: Planned for next spring.
