The place
A farm-stay located at Località Polveriera in the commune of Grizzana Morandi (province of Bologna, Emilia-Romagna), at the gates of the Parco Storico Regionale di Monte Sole. Although close to the border with Mugello in Tuscany, the estate is administratively in Emilia-Romagna, in the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. Direct sale of organic farm produce: cherries, chestnuts, walnuts, fresh mushrooms, wild strawberries, hazelnuts. The establishment also offers a riding arena and a farm-stay service with restaurant. Terrace with mountain views, free Wi-Fi and private parking included, continental breakfast served in the morning. A remarkable historic setting at the Parco di Monte Sole, a memorial to the Italian Resistance and to civilians massacred at Marzabotto in 1944.
