Refuge Fireplace: Expect an Improved Experience! In January 2009, the refuge's fireplace had problems drawing poorly and filling the shelter with smoke. Since then, repairs have been made to ensure safe and comfortable use. Loft and Amenities A plank loft offers a space to sleep peacefully. A table is also available for enjoying convivial meals. A spring is located nearby, just 100 metres toward Lispach. Important Information Note that the stove and fireplace are currently being repaired. Please use them with caution for your safety. The refuge is ideally located between Gérardmer and the Lac de Lispach. Availability and Booking The refuge is open from early June to late September.
