Abri Jordana

The place

A hut known as Abri Jordana or Cabana de Font Jordana, at around 640 m in the Albères massif, on the border ridges between Banyuls-sur-Mer/Cerbère (Pyrénées-Orientales) and Spanish Catalonia (Sant Quirze de Colera). Reachable on the routes linking the Col de Banyuls, the Coll del Torn and the Sant Quirze chapel. Unstaffed hut classified as an orri (pastoral shelter) near a spring. No lasting comforts, to be used only as a fallback.
