The place
A pretty refuge built of solid timber in 2007, with 3 large tables with benches and an open fireplace. A saw was left there in April 2019 by a generous donor! The refuge is located on the trail (blue triangle) leading from Fellering to the Drumont, at the junction with the trail (red dot) leading to the Gustiberg farm-inn. Getting there
Situé sur le sentier balisé triangle bleu reliant Fellering au Drumont, au croisement avec le sentier balisé rond rouge menant à la ferme-auberge du Gustiberg.
The setting
Abri dans le massif des Vosges (Vosges du Sud, Haut-Rhin), au sein du Parc naturel régional des Ballons des Vosges, en forêt. Aménagé avec 3 grandes tables, des bancs et un foyer/cheminée ouvert ; pas d'eau à moins de 100m, pas de latrines.
A bit of history
Refuge en bois massif construit en 2007. Une scie a été offerte et installée en avril 2019.
