The place

Metal shelter at 2245 m in the Cerdagne (Pyrénées-Orientales), with no door or fittings. Used in case of storms. Capacity of 4 people in both summer and winter. Access from Les Bouillouses via the Carlit trail; be careful not to confuse it with the neighbouring lakes. Water needs treating (grazing area). Stones are left inside to weigh the structure down against the wind and discourage other uses.
