The place

Rather spacious, but somewhat neglected, with several broken windows. Tables, benches and a stove. Spring 200 metres down the path (but beware, it may dry up depending on the season). Sleeping directly on the ground is not advisable because of the many stones, glass fragments, litter and insects. However, an old collapsed table can be used to lay a mattress on. And if you're not afraid of falling, the benches and the table (still standing) can accommodate 3 more people.
