The place
Beautiful wooden shelter at 401 m on the GR 531, 500 m west of Ernolsheim-lès-Saverne (Bas-Rhin, Alsace), on a large rocky platform called Rocher du Daubenschlag (about 200 m long and up to 50 m wide). Sand and gravel ground. Managed by the local Club Vosgien. Site including the ruins of the Warthenberg castle.
