The place
Large wooden shelter at 430 m, 3 km from the village of Houffalize (province of Luxembourg, Belgium), right next to the GR 57. Fixed barbecue, tables and benches inside. Accessible to all without booking for a dry picnic spot. Important: following numerous incidents, the bivouac area intended for hikers was moved near a stream in 2020 and it is now forbidden to spend the night there or nearby.
