Abri de Pras Sétérioux

The place

Communal hut at 1310 m in the municipality of Marcieu, near the hamlets of Côtes and Treffort (La Motte-Saint-Martin, Isère, Alps). The name "Pras Seterioux" appears above the door; the IGN map shows "Pras Stérieux"; a sign above the entrance calls it "Cabane Yves Tancredi". Built in 1986 by volunteers, materials funded by the municipality of Marcieu. Interior: table, benches, chairs, stove, saw and broom. No sleeping arrangements provided, no water nearby. Access by car via Côtes then a small road passing Leysson, Raccord and the Pouya hut, parking on a bend at 1220 m, then a forest track to the hut.
