Known as the Konkordiahütte, this mountain dwelling is a sight to behold. Expect unparalleled views of the majestic Grosser Aletschgletscher after an exhilarating expedition through the gelidaire and an ascent via an imposing ladder to this perched sanctuary. Constantly evolving, this mysterious haven immortalized in the middle of an ocean of ice has existed for almost 150 years - once overlooking the Konkordiaplatz by 50 meters, today by 200 meters. In all seasons, it serves as a rallying point and stopping-off point for numerous high-mountain and glacier adventures.
